If I’m having more than 1 office, how much do you charge?
Apart from the main HQ (which is charged as above), any other branches will be charged at RM3000/branch.
Is auditor fee inclusive in this ISO consultation?
No. The fee is charged by another 3rd party company. You can make payment directly to them. ISO consultant and ISO auditor are 2 different entities.
Where to look for external auditor?
Our consultant will recommend to you once it’s ready for external audit.
Is there any travelling fee if my company is located in KL / Selangor?
No, travelling and accommodation fee is included for company located in KL / Selangor. Travelling and accommodation fee will be charged only for company located OUT from KL / Selangor.
Do I need to pay extra if the process exceeds the initial planned schedule?
No. We are charging based on the whole project, not per man-day. Meaning you don’t have to pay extra if more site visits are required.
Is there any hidden charge?
No, as explained above, the price is fixed.
What’s the payment term?
Stage 1: 50% of total cost
Stage 2: 25% of total cost
Stage 3: 25% of total cost
What is the payment method?
You may pay via online bank in to our Public Bank Berhad Current Account ( Yen Premium Coach Consulting Sdn Bhd, Account No: 32020 77102)
When is the due date for the payment?
Payment shall be made 10 days before the commencement of each stage.
