HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. In a layman term, it simply means a systematic preventive approach to food safety. 

Stage 1: Awareness Training of HACCP 

  • Understand of the HACCP requirements and its application
  • Establishing HACCP documentation 
  • Establishing the HACCP manual, procedure and forms for operation only
  • Establishing Food safety committee
  • Reviewing the factory plan layout
  • Establishing Product Information
  • Reviewing the staff communication flow

Stage 2: Guidance on implementation, internal audit and management review

  • Guidance for staff during implementation
  • Monitoring on the KPI and achievement results
  • Consultant acting as the lead auditor and guiding the appointed auditor
  • Performing internal audit and updating the audit report
  • Follow up on the internal audit findings
