  • Introduction and kickoff
  • Conducting a 1-day TPM Awareness Training (9am – 5pm)
  • Setting Up TPM committee and auditing team 
  • Clarifying area of responsibility

Estimated Duration: 1 Day

Our consultant will conduct the TPM coaching with the following mechanism:

  • 1 coaching / week for first 3 weeks in every month
  • 1 audit on the 4th week in every month
  • 3 hours / session for each coaching & audit
